Itinerary
Arrive Kasane - Muchenje
Upon landing into Kasane Airport you will need to clear immigration before being met and transferred to Mucheje Safari Lodge in the Chobe Forest Reserve. On arrival at Muchenje you will introduced to the lodge and shown to your room where you can relax and have lunch before embarking on your first safari activity this afternoon.

On safari at Muchenje
During your time on safari at Muchenje you will be able to explore both the remote Chobe Forest Reserve where the lodge is situated as well as the renowned Chobe National Park. The lodge is expert at planning safari activities to ensure that you get the best game viewing and also if you are off exploring Chobe, that you avoid the crowds. You will enjoy twice-daily activities with a wide range to choose from including game drives (maximum of six guests per vehicle), boat safaris on the Chobe River which is famed for its impressive elephant sightings, walking safaris, night drives. For guests staying four nights or more there are also additional activities on offer including mokoro cruises and village visits.

Muchenje - Kasane - Footsteps
Today, at a time to be advised locally, you will be transferred to Kasane Airport in time for your onward light aircraft flight to the Okavango Delta. On landing into the Shinde Airstrip you will be met by your guide and game driven to Footsteps Camp. Upon arrival at the camp you will be briefed on your stay before having the opportunity to relax before embarking on your afternoon activity. You will be staying overnight at Footsteps Camp.
On safari at Footsteps
During your time at Footsteps Camp you will be able to enjoy two scheduled safari activities a day. The emphasis is on getting out and exploring the Okavango Delta on foot and on mokoro safaris which wind their way through the channels of the Delta. There is also the opportunity to game view from a safari vehicle on traditional game drives and by combining the three activities you will get a broad safari experience and an appreciation of the bush on different levels. You will be staying overnight at Footsteps Camp.
Footsteps - Okuti
Today, at a time to be advised locally, you will be game driven to the Shinde Airstrip in time for your scenic light aircraft flight to the Okuti Airstrip. On landing you will be met by your guide and game driven to Okuti Camp. On arrival you will be met and introduced to the camp and enjoy lunch and a rest before going out on your first safari activity.
Overnight: Okuti Camp (B, L, D)
On safari at Okuti
Spend your time at Okuti exploring the world-renowned Moremi Game Reserve on twice-daily safari activities. Home to a variety of predators, herds of elephants and plains game amongst others, you have the opportunity for a varied experience with game drives and boat cruises. A highlight of staying at Okuti is that window seats in the safari vehicles are guaranteed, with no more than four guests per vehicle and camera mounts as standard. Back at camp there is a swimming pool where you can cool off from the heat of the day and relax between activities.

Okavango Delta - Maun - Depart Maun
Today, at a time to be advised locally, you will be driven to the Okuti Airstrip in time for your light aircraft flight to Maun. On arrival into Maun you will be met and assisted to your onward international flight, marking the end of your time on safari in Botswana.

Cancellation Policy
Life is unpredictable and we understand that sometimes you have to cancel or change your trip dates and it is our endeavor to make it as easy as possible for you. However, please understand that we plan everything including guide fees, permits, accommodation, and ration in advance. Therefore, any cancellation means inconvenience and certain losses to the people involved in various stages of the program. Keeping that in mind, our cancellation charges are as below,
- Cancellations prior to 30 days from the start of the event: Full refund as cash.
- Cancellations between 30 days and 15 days to the start of the event: 50 % refund as cash.
- Cancellations less than 15 days to the start of the event: No refund.
- Cancellations will be accepted only by email.
Note: We reserve the right to cancel a program before departure in the event of logistical problems arising due to natural calamities, strikes, wars or any other circumstances that make the event inadvisable. In this case, we will refund 50% of the event fees.
